The following courses have been developed as part of our training program to better prepare individuals to obtain an administrative position within your local School District and to provide scenario and role play opportunities that lead to greater success after placement in an actual school leadership position. Series II
School Principal Mentoring Program
The following courses have been developed to assist districts in implementing a principal mentoring program and to enhance the knowledge and practice of those individuals who will be involved in the program. The belief is that in aligning course materials with the current research, best practice, principal evaluation tools, and district vision and mission, participants will be best prepared to lead at the local level in the most efficient way to improve student achievement.
