This course will focus on the abilities of effective school leaders to structure and monitor the school learning environment to improve student learning for all our diverse students.

Topics such as equitable opportunities for learning, diversity, monitoring and providing feedback for learning, and recognition of cultural and developmental issues related to student learning will also be addressed.

Reflection Logs and Key Terms will be completed following the Reflection Journal and Key Term Guide sheets distributed to participants. Participants keep these information sheets in their own portfolios to be used for future reference. The administrator of this program may elect to review such portfolios at will or at particular junctures in the program.
